Their whiskies are handmade and use a variety of corn that is locally produced for 70% of the mash bill. They have two mashbills they use a rye and a wheated. This is the latter, where in addition to the local corn there is 20% red winter wheat and 10% malted barley in the mash, all from local sources. This whiskey was aged for a little
